At Charis Fellowship Conference this summer, we'll look at discipleship from different angles: one-on-one relationships, church culture, intentional outreach, and disciple making in the home. Join us as we explore what it means to be ALL IN.

Conference registrants are responsible for arranging their own lodging. A limited number of block rooms have been reserved at a nearby hotel on a first come first served basis. Click here for directions on how to book rooms.

Registrations are refundable before June 30, and meals are available for purchase until June 30.

If you are registering more than one person, please be prepared with the following information to make your registration experience more efficient: individual contact information, t-shirt size, and additional activity selections (Charis Symposium, kick off Party). See details for these options here.

Early bird rate for individuals and couples is valid through January 31, the regular rate is valid from February 1 through April 30, and the final rate is valid from May 1 until the close of registration on June 30. Register now to get the best rate.

Rates for seniors and young adults do not increase.

Individual Registration ($250.00)
Registration for one or more individuals for Charis Fellowship Conference 2025, Tuesday through Thursday, and includes all sessions, workshops, and the option to purchase sponsored meals.
Couple Registration ($400.00)
Registration for one couple for Charis Fellowship Conference 2025, Tuesday through Thursday and includes all sessions, workshops, and the option to purchase sponsored meals for both people. This option includes the spouse rate of $150. Use the “Add Additional Registrant” button at the bottom of this page, then for registrant 2 select “Spouse Registration.”
Child Registration (7-12 years old) ($0.00)
Registration covers all cost for one child OFF-SITE at Camp Conquest. Includes lunch and bus transportation. (8:30am-4:30pm) There is NO option to stay onsite during the day for this age group this year. You will be receiving an email with how to instruction on payment ($75) and fill out liability forms directly with Camp Conquest. Programming will be offered on-site for evening sessions only.
Child registration (0-6 years old) ($75.00)
Children 0-6 will stay ON-SITE the entire conference.
Registration covers all cost for one child, including a provided meal if the guardians/parents are registered for a sponsored meal.
One Day Registration ($100.00)
Registration for all day Tuesday and the option to purchase sponsored meals for that day.

Single Registration for 13-24 Year Olds ($0.00)
Registration for one or more individuals who are between 13–24 years old, and includes all sessions, workshops, and the option to purchase sponsored meals.
Senior Registration for 66+ Years Old ($100.00)
Registration for those who are 66 years old or older, and includes all sessions, workshops, and the option to purchase sponsored meals.
